We are looking for candidates who have a high Motivation and willing to start a Job Career to take up the position as :

GUEST RELATION OFFICER (GRO)


Requirements :

    * Female, Single
    * Maximum 25 years of age
    * Minimum D3 Communications/ Public Relations/ Hospitality
    * Good looking, pleasant personality with attractive appearance
    * Good command of spoken and written English
    * Computer literate ( min. MS. Office : Word, Excel )
    * Experience in Hotel Industry, with at least 2 years in the same capacity
    * Candidates will need to show evidence of the following:
         1. The ability to communicate with and gain the trust of people from a wide range of backgrounds
         2. Empathy and sensitivity – objective and flexible approach
         3. Emotional resilience and stamina; a calm and alert manner, especially in stressful conditions; ability to react
         4. Quickly and effectively; team works skill
    * Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday
