Administration Clerk
Job Scope:
- Handle daily transaction filling/reporting system.
- Communication with Company Secretary and Accountant.
- Assisting the company relating to administrative duties.
The requirements:
- Must be able to communicate (speak, read and write) in English.
- Must have good knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Able to use emailing system (Outlook Express or MS Outlook).
- Able to manage the filing system (hardcopy & softcopy).
- Able to work independent, positive attitude with good interpersonal skill will add an advantage.
- Basic knowledge in Accounting will add an advantage.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
