We need a high forte candidate to fill a position of :

Helpdesk Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Problem & Change Solving / Escalation
- User Support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma Degree from Computer Science or Informatics with min 1year experience at IT related (Priority)
- Have IT Skill (Windows, PC, Office, Internet, Anti Virus, Linux (would be an advantage))
- Have a Communication Skill
- Have a Customer Relationship Skill
- English (min. Passive)
- Have a Sense of customer satisfaction & operational support readiness
