- Bachelor degree
- Solid knowledge and experience in food retail business
- Experience in leading teams spread across multiple geographical locations
- Analytical mindset combined with very strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Work autonomously and detail-oriented, quick learner
- Open-minded with high flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage time and meet deadlines
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to travel and to be placed around Indonesia
