Job Description
- Perform real-time surveillance for all Transmission equipment.
- Analyze, correlate, categorize and prioritize faults.
- Guiding and Coordinating with FLM Engineer to solve the problem.
- Make sure the stability of Customer Network.
- To assist and cooperate with related department to achieve the SLA.
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree (S1) or above, majoring in Telecommunications, Electrical, or related area.
- More than 4 year experiences in Telecom Industry (TX Engineer).
- Proficient in English both oral and written.
- At least have 2 year experiences in implementation (commissioning and troubleshooting) for HiT 7035, 7050, 7070, 7300 or MW SRA4 , SRT1F, SRALXD.
- At least have 2 year experiences in Managed Service project for Siemens Transmission Equipment.
- Can work under pressure and able to work at mid-night.
- Team player and also can work individual.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
