Main Responsibilities:

    * Perform general admin tasks, such as preparing letters, email, emails, memos and reports
    * Manage routine and complex inquires and provide administrative support across departments and
    * Management
    * Filling, updating and organizing filling system and facilitate the flow of information via mails, memos,
    * Faxes


Main Requirements:

    * Bachelor Degree, max 27 years old
    * Able to work independently with minimum supervision
    * Able to use computer, MS Office
    * Female preferably
    * Able to communicate in English, Mandarin is an advantage

Job Description

• Perform real-time surveillance for all Transmission equipment.
• Analyze, correlate, categorize and prioritize faults.
• Guiding and Coordinating with FLM Engineer to solve the problem.
• Make sure the stability of Customer Network.
• To assist and cooperate with related department to achieve the SLA.

Job Requirements:

• At least Bachelor degree (S1) or above, majoring in Telecommunications, Electrical, or related area.
• More than 4 year experiences in Telecom Industry (TX Engineer).
• Proficient in English both oral and written.
• At least have 2 year experiences in implementation (commissioning and troubleshooting) for HiT 7035, 7050, 7070, 7300 or MW SRA4 , SRT1F, SRALXD.
• At least have 2 year experiences in Managed Service project for Siemens Transmission Equipment.
• Can work under pressure and able to work at mid-night.
• Team player and also can work individual.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

We are currently working on an urgent requirement from NSN Middle East and Africa with NSN UMTS optimization experience. The resources need to be placed in 10 to 12 days & the project duration will be 6 months extendable to 12 months.

Minimum 5years NSN 3G Optimization & Planning experience is MUST.

Responsibilities:

• Perform RF network design, planning and optimization activities including HSPA+ Optimization ( RU10 or RU 20 )
• Undertake network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks
• Undertake BSS/RNC/Node B parameter modifications
• Analyze and recommend equipment and antenna co-location requirements for different technologies
• Perform site build verification and acceptance
• Perform SC planning
• Responsible to resolve day-to-day issues and support regions to deliver KPI of every UMTS cluster
• Implement UMTS optimization/acceptance plan, sponsor best practices, assess and escalate system issues to RAN, Core, Data design teams
• Undertake network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks
• Undertake BSS/RNC/Node B parameter modifications
• Site configuration analysis
• Pilot pollution analysis, parameter configuration, IRAT neighbor analysis
• Exclusion / Exception area recommendation and verification
• Identify, resolve all coverage and RF design deficiencies
• Good computer skills, able to work flexible hours, self- motivated and ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in RF Optimization & UMTS Optimization
