Requirements :

• Minimum D3, graduate from a reputable institution majoring in Information and Technology
• Having more than 2 years experience in developing application using PHP and Java, and additional experience  using .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET) would be advantage
• Knowledge on Oracle and MS SQL DBMS
• Knowledge on Microsoft SQL Reporting Services as well as Crystal Report
• Understanding on OOA/D and OOP concept
• Knowledge on N-Tier architecture concept
• Good team worker as well as independent worker
• Able to work under minimum supervision and dealing with multi-task jobs
• Willing to travel out of Jakarta (if needed)

3. Mengupdate progress report, pelaksanaan improvement jaringan
4. Pengumpulan data penanganan gangguan dan penyelesaiannya
5. Membuat laporan mingguan dan bulanan
6. Suport terhadap kegiatan unit kerja

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunication or related field of study;
• At least 1 years of RF working experience with GSM/WCDMA/CDMA RF experience;
• Having GSM/WCDMA/CDMA experience in RNO/DT is preferred;
• DT Data post-analysis, Making Drive test analysis report
• Familiar with tools/software such as Actix, Winfiol, Mapinfo, TEMS, Nemo, GPS;
• Good knowledge of RF principles;
• Good communication in English;
• Good in communication skill and be able to convince the customer;

INDONESIA VACANCY TELCO - 3G Optimization Expert - NSN Experience

We are currently working on an urgent requirement from NSN Middle East and Africa with NSN UMTS optimization experience. The resources need to be placed in 10 to 12 days & the project duration will be 6 months extendable to 12 months.

Minimum 5years NSN 3G Optimization & Planning experience is MUST.

Responsibilities:

• Perform RF network design, planning and optimization activities including HSPA+ Optimization ( RU10 or RU 20 )
• Undertake network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks
• Undertake BSS/RNC/Node B parameter modifications
• Analyze and recommend equipment and antenna co-location requirements for different technologies
• Perform site build verification and acceptance
• Perform SC planning
• Responsible to resolve day-to-day issues and support regions to deliver KPI of every UMTS cluster
• Implement UMTS optimization/acceptance plan, sponsor best practices, assess and escalate system issues to RAN, Core, Data design teams
• Undertake network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks
• Undertake BSS/RNC/Node B parameter modifications
• Site configuration analysis
• Pilot pollution analysis, parameter configuration, IRAT neighbor analysis
• Exclusion / Exception area recommendation and verification
• Identify, resolve all coverage and RF design deficiencies
• Good computer skills, able to work flexible hours, self- motivated and ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in RF Optimization & UMTS Optimization
