Our company is a subsidiary of Indomobil Group, dealing with well known European Heavy Duty Truck & Heavy Equipment brands. In order to strengthen our organization and broaden our market coverage, we are curently seeking for high caliber people to fill the following position in our organization:

HR SUPERVISOR (CODE: HRSPV)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in  recruitment and selection duties including scheduling candidates for interviews, managing candidates' administration/database.
• Responsible in Empolyee Administration.
• Responsible in Performance Appraisal.
• Responsible in Industrial relation matters.
• Responsible in Organizational Development.

Requirements:

• Male/Female around 28-35 years old.
• Hold Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university, majoring in Law/ Management/ Psychology.
• Have 2 years working/ internship experiences in recruitment & selection, administration, performance management, organizational development  and training area with Heavy Equipment Company background will be a huge advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
• Have experience, knowledge and skills in Behavioral Event Interview.
• Have experience, knowledge and skills in Performance Management System.
• Have knowledge of HRM concepts.
• Good interpersonal communication skill.
• Creative, honest, hard worker, computer literate.
• Excellent communication in English both oral and written.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cakung Cilincing - North Jakarta.
