Personnel & IR Assistant Manager

Requirement:

• A Bachelor degree or equivalent disciplined service qualification / experience
• Age maximum 35 years old
• At least 3 years hands on experience in HR role in the Industrial Relation sector
• Have a good knowledge of Indonesian's labor law, good understanding of UU no. 13 Tahun 2003 and able to implement it
• Effectively communicate in English both verbal & written
• Mastering in personnel area (compensation & benefit, personnel administration, IR)
• Have a good leadership skills
• Having excellent skill of Problem Solving that related with many  employee cases
• Good negotiation, communication skills, friendly and firm person
• Be willing to work and relocate anywhere in the country
