ASSISTANT HRD MANAGER

Requirements :

• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor degree Of Human Resources Management or any other related field from reputable university
• Prefer having minimal 5 years experience as Assistant HR Manager in Manufacturing Company
• Proven leadership skill to manage an organization
• Having experience in traning and people development
• Good understanding of government policy
• Able to work under pressure, tight schedule, independently and in a team
• Have a strong negotiation skill and analytical problem solving
• Proficient in English is preferable
