PSI Professional Services Division’s Operation Support Systems Group is inviting progressive and self-motivated young
professionals to join as:

Indonesia Vacancy Information Technology (I.T.) > Associate Consultant – Operation Support Systems (OSS)

Reporting to the Country’s Professional Services Head, the role shall cover:

• Services delivery as in assessment, micro design, implementation activities within OSS’ FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security) area
• Project scoping, systems architecting, proposal generation and proof of concepts execution

Associate Consultant – Operation Support Systems (OSS)

Required

• Mid twenties,
• An S-1 degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from reputable university with minimum IPK of 3.0 with clear interest on OSI protocol & network management area (FCAPS)
• Hands-on with SNMP and programming/scripting (e.g. Java, PHP, Phyton)
• Excellent knowledge in TCP/IP network including routing switching protocol and technology
• Admin capabilities in UNIX envronment
• Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
• Excellent communicator: both written & verbal
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy;
• Leadership, teamwork, commitment, and service excellence personal qualities Desireable
• 1 year technical pre-sales and implementation experience in OSS solutions (e.g. MRTG/PRTG, Sniffer, Solarwind, Cisco Works, HPOV, CA eHealth, Infovista, Tivoli, NetScout, BRIX)
• Industry certification (e.g. ITIL® Foundation or Cisco CCNA)
