Indonesia Vacancy - Organization Development Officer (Junior Manager Level)

You will be responsible for developing talent pool, career path, and HR work mechanism.
Qualifications:
- Min. S1 from reputable University, preferably in Psychology, with GPA ≥ 2.75
- Preferably Male, max 30 years old
- Min. 2 years experience in HR Management (handle Organization Development or Assessment or Training)
- Good knowledge in Competency-Based HR Management and Talent Management
- Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
- Fluent in English (both oral & written) and excellent in MS Office.
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
