General Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 Computer Science/ IT.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the related field
- Good command in Indonesia & English both oral and written are an advantages
- Have a good interpersonal skill, proactive, initiative, good attitude and able to work under pressure and work as an individual and or team
- Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Jakarta Base
Specific Requirements:
- Good Knowledge in Macintosh Operating Systems is an advantages
- Good knowledge in LAN & WAN Connectivity, Wireless and Remote Access Connectivity
- Good knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP, Troubleshooting PC and Server including hardware and software
- Good Knowledge in Common Internet applications and services (e-mail, Web, ftp, etc.)
- Familiar with antivirus and internet security (firewall, etc)
