Indonesia Vacancy HR - HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF (HR)

 

Specific Requirements:

• Female below 25 years old
• An excellent communicator with strong administrative and organizational skills
• A mature individual with high self-confidence, and the ability to work effectively
• Having at least two year experience in Human Resources Administration, recruitment and selection process
• Having a good interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR concepts and government regulations on employment in Indonesia

General Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economy Management, or Equivalent,  from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Ability to identify problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Mature, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Tolerance to work under pressure
• Good command of English and computer literate is a must
• Working experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry would be an advantage
