Indonesia Vacancy Admin -SHOWROOM ADMINISTRATION
This position will be primarily responsible for designing, organizing and developing the administration system of each and every products we had. Process sales orders and issue invoices, coordinate the logistics and warehousing functions, including inventory management Interested candidates should be Female (max. 30 years old), min. Diploma degree in any related field with min.GPA: 3.00 (on a scale of 4). Previous administration working experiences in manufacturing industries or any related ceramics industries will be a definite advantage. The candidates also should had a very good understanding on QUALITY by mastering ISO 9001 : 2008. The work location would be at Surabaya.
GENERAL REQUIREMENT:
You should be good in computer literacy especially Microsoft Office 2003 - 2009. Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure. Highly result-oriented by maximizing the work result as a team. You should proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written, preferable Mandarin spoken also.
